The Brief

Opening is a deadline. Being remembered is the goal.

The region is opening hotels at a pace it has never seen. Across the Red Sea coast, NEOM, Riyadh and Diriyah, new properties open beside the world's best-known flags, and every one of them is competing for the same guest's attention.

A hospitality brand has to do more than look good. It has to tell a guest, in seconds, why this place and not the one next door; speak with equal confidence in Arabic and English; and hold together across hundreds of touchpoints, from the hoarding on the construction site to the amenity on the pillow, before the first guest arrives.

Questions

Hospitality branding, answered

What does hospitality branding include?

Strategy and positioning, naming, the visual identity, brand guidelines and every guest touchpoint: signage, key cards, amenities, menus, uniforms, collateral, digital and the launch. We shape the scope around your property and opening plan.

Do you work with hotels in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Our hospitality work includes NEOM's Masar Resort and L'Azure Hospitality Group on the Red Sea coast in Tabuk. We work across Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the GCC and Morocco from our studio in Amman.

Can you design the brand in Arabic and English?

Always. Every identity we build is bilingual from the first sketch, so the Arabic and English carry equal weight on every sign, card and screen.

Do you work with independent hotels as well as groups?

Yes, from a single boutique retreat to a multi-property hotel group, and the restaurants and cafés within them.

Can you rebrand an existing hotel?

Yes. A rebrand starts from what guests already value about the property, then sharpens the positioning and renews the identity across every touchpoint.

How long does a hotel brand identity take?

It depends on the scope. We plan every project back from your opening date and share a clear timeline in our first conversation.

How do we start?

Send us a short brief: the property, its location, the guest you want to attract and your opening date. We will come back with an approach and a proposal.
